11 January 2022
It is with great disappointment the we announce the cancellation of the Devil
Country Muster 2022 which was to be held next month.
The Devil Country Muster is run by an enthusiastic committee of volunteers
from the Rotary Club of Smithton, and this decision was not made lightly. Due
to concerns over the current Covid outbreak, the Committee agrees that the
safety of our community, attendees and our volunteer base is the number one
priority and we want to limit potential exposure.
We are issuing full refunds for those early birds who have already purchased
their tickets and they will be contacted over the next few days. We sincerely
apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your
understanding.
We thank all our artists, volunteers, vendors and sponsors who continually
support our event. The Devil Country Muster 2022 was to be our 10th Year
anniversary, but we will be back and we will do everything we can to make the
Devil Country Muster 2023 an extraordinary celebration.
For further information please contact Eric Marshall, Devil Country Muster Chairman on 0429 142 034.
The Devil Country Muster will operate under the directions of Tasmanian Public Health to deliver a COVID Safe event.
Masks are mandatory for entry to the event Saturday 19th February 2021 (or written medical exemption required).
If you are feeling unwell or are displaying any flu-like symptoms on the day of your proposed visit, you MUST stay home.
Each person attending the Devil Country Muster is required to 'check in' either using the Government's Check In Tas app or on manual sign-in slips which will be available at the gate.
